Who it is for
Owners, managers and teams
People who run or help run a business, and their teams. It is introductory: no coding or technical experience is needed, including for those who have tried ChatGPT and got something generic back.

Workshop 1 of 4
A two-and-a-half-hour, follow-along session. Each step is shown live in ChatGPT using a running example, then everyone does the same step in their own ChatGPT account, for their own business. You leave with a prioritized list for today, a plan for one real goal, and a weekly habit that keeps it current.
Who it is for
People who run or help run a business, and their teams. It is introductory: no coding or technical experience is needed, including for those who have tried ChatGPT and got something generic back.
How it runs
Every step is demonstrated, then practised in your own account. The demonstrations use Riverbend Catering, a fictional six-person catering business, so no real business data is shown.
What to bring
A phone or laptop with ChatGPT open; a free account is enough. Some features shown, such as Library, need a paid plan. Jot down five to ten things on your to-do list for the week before you arrive.
Facilitated by Lauri Elliott. The goal-to-action-plan method draws on the Vision in Action Workbook, © Lauri E. Elliott 2004–2017.
